Large room with adequate facilities. Friendly staff. Enjoy your meal. Bed could be more comfortable, but it's ok. WLAN coverage is not available in the entire hotel, but this is probably not due to the hotel

Very nice and very safe hotel (there are always enough firefighters present :-)). Nicely located on the edge of the Titisee, the village is about 30 minutes on foot, but there is also a bus to Titisee Ort. With the same bus, only in the other direction, you can also get to the Feldberg (be sure to walk up!). The hotel staff is nice and courteous, the food is great, a clear recommendation from me. Attention, it is preferred to rent to the end of the fire service!

Reception staff is a bit inflexible and, depending on the person, a bit rude, so training would certainly be helpful in this regard. The rest of the staff, such as the kitchen, waitresses, etc. do a great job.

Very nice staff Kitchen 1a with * Rooms, beds, bathrooms all in very good condition and really inviting to stay longer. There is also a bowling alley and a playroom for the little ones. You can walk up into the forest directly from the hotel. There you come directly to the ski jump in Hinterzarten. The Feldberg can also be reached immediately by car. The town of Titisee-Neustadt also has a lot to offer. From the large swimming pool to a leisurely tour of the Titisee. The small pedestrian zone is really wonderful.

Very comfortable. Hygiene measures implemented very well. The staff is super friendly and copes well with the new situation. Breakfast options rich even without a buffet. 4 course menu in the evening. Everything was very clean. The friendly contact is unfortunately currently too short. Museum and leisure rooms closed. Still nice change from everyday life.

Great room but extremely unfriendly reception

Was received very nicely and everything was explained in a very understandable way. Rooms are a good size and always clean. Breakfast is plentiful. There are many excursion destinations in the area. With the guest card you could travel by bus and train throughout the Black Forest for free. Unfortunately, there is no WiFi in the rooms, only in the lobby, where reception is very poor. The staff is super friendly and catered to all requests. The food in the restaurant is very good, portions are clear. Bar looks chic and there is a wide selection of drinks. The price of the room with breakfast and 4-course dinner is absolutely fair and rather cheap. To give very bad reviews here is whining at a high level. Deduction of a star, since there was no WiFi in the rooms and poor WiFi in the lobby, unfortunately there was no scrambled eggs at breakfast, the portions in the evening were not very large and the salads consisted almost exclusively of raw food salads. Otherwise I thought it was great and would love to come back again.

The room was lovely and very clean. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner were very friendly and attentive. The food was good too. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely rude. Dealing with callers on the phone and directly with guests at reception was anything but friendly and professional. Training in "dealing professionally with guests" is urgently required here.

We had a 4 night stay. The "standard double room" was very spacious with a separate bathroom and toilet. Everything was very clean. In our opinion, the food is very good. We were always served courteously. Only the darkening of the room was not sufficient for our toddler.

Great hotel, beautiful location, large rooms, very friendly staff. The fireplace room and the bar great.
